The Origin Story
We Were You First.
We run two active home buying companies out of Wisconsin - Neway REI and Easy Buy WI. Still buying. Still closing.
Not vendors looking in from the outside. Operators sitting in the same rooms, having the same conversations, dealing with the same problems you are.
A few years back we hit the same wall most operators hit. Deal flow was there. The back office wasn't keeping up. Our Salesforce was a mess. Follow-up was inconsistent. Skip tracing was manual. Speed to lead was costing us deals.
So we built our own solution. A dedicated offshore team, real office, real contracts, US management, trained specifically on how home buying companies operate.
